We are currently seeking a Part Time Territory Manager (working 3 days per week) to join our high-performing team supporting Queensland South (Gold Coast). This is a unique opportunity for a qualified Optometrist looking to transition into a dynamic sales career, leveraging clinical expertise to drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell Bausch + Lomb\'s contact lens portfolio to independent and key account optometrists.
* Build strong relationships and deliver tailored business plans to meet customer needs.
* Analyse sales trends and adjust strategies to meet targets.
* Provide clinical field support and represent Bausch + Lomb at trade shows and conferences.
* Manage territory efficiently, including travel planning and CRM reporting via Veeva.
What We're Looking For
* A qualified Optometrist ready to embrace a new challenge in sales.
* Current AHPRA registration as an Optometrist is required.
* A valid driver's licence and access to a motor vehicle.
* Willingness to travel regionally (6–8 weeks per year) and attend occasional after-hours events.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and commercially savvy.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
