As an Inventory Team Member, you’ll be an integral part of our operations, responsible for various tasks within inventory management, pick support and inbound office. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Inventory Team Manager, ensuring the smooth flow of products, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Inventory Management: perform tasks at dedicated inventory management stations; manage product recall, withdrawal, stock purging, quality checks and customer returns; perform inventory tasks across all temperature chambers (AMB, CHI and FZR).
- Pick Support: monitor pick and dispatch operations to meet daily targets; ensure customer dispatch orders are fulfilled on time; identify and resolve issues affecting dispatch efficiency; manage trailer and PO management; handle late deliveries and ensure vehicle turnaround time aligns with plan; monitor and manage temperature data for inbound deliveries and pallet movement; undertake general administrative duties related to inbound operations.
About you and your skills
- Demonstrate a focus on safety, customer service and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in inventory management, logistics or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
