As a Sentence Management Administrator at Wooroloo, WA, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential inmate reports, including security ratings, management plans, transfers, and parole documentation. This role involves daily interaction with inmates and requires initiative and strong communication skills to gather and manage vital information, all while ensuring strict compliance with policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role you'll have:
* Previous experience in administration and report writing, preferably in a compliance-focused environment.
* Knowledge of inmate management, including an understanding of cultural differences and issues that impact offender behavior.
* A keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in report preparation and the maintenance of confidential information.
* Ability to work effectively in a small team within a custodial environment and manage tasks independently.
