We are seeking a Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bunbury.
As the Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service with a customer‐centred approach. You will be required to actively build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to build sales and growth in your region.
A National Police Check, Covid‐19 vaccination, NDIS Clearance Check, and unrestricted Drivers Licence are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with a network of key stakeholders.
* Provide accurate quotations for accessibility solutions for clients living with a disability and the aged.
* Collaborate with service providers and Occupational Therapists to conduct on‐site assessments and recommend appropriate modifications.
* Generate new sales and develop actionable sales plans and strategies.
* Resolve customer complaints and recommend improvements in current services.
* Assist with processing service orders.
* Assist the admin team to ensure timely communication.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external contacts.
* Unrestricted driver's licence.
* Adhere to Australian Road Rules.
* Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Maintain a current & satisfactory National Police Check & NDIS Screening check.
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
