Our organization is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead supplier and contract management across the tech portfolio. This role involves working closely with the Technology leadership team to develop and implement sourcing strategies that support long-term technology goals.
Main responsibilities:
* Lead vendor contract negotiations and manage renewals across the tech portfolio
* Ensure commercial practices are aligned with business needs before sourcing begins
* Support new initiatives with market research and vendor due diligence
* Maintain vendor governance and act as the contracting SME for projects
* Monitor industry trends, pricing and vendor performance
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract management and commercial roles, including engagement with Legal, Privacy and Cyber stakeholders. Strong analytical and communication skills are also essential.
