On behalf of our client, a leading employment services and training provider who support over 15,000 participants, we're seeking a visionary People and Culture Manager to lead and shape a people strategy which is centred around fostering respect, collaboration and continuous learning.
About the Role
As a key member of the leadership team of this diverse and purpose-driven organisation, you'll drive strategic and operational HR initiatives that empower individuals through education, employment and community engagement. You'll lead a talented People and Culture team and oversee functions including:
* Strategic HR planning and change management
* Talent acquisition and workforce planning
* Employee engagement and culture development
* Performance management and professional development
* Compensation and benefits strategy
* HR operations, compliance, and workplace health and safety
* Stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners
About You
We're looking for a collaborative and proactive leader with:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields
* Proven experience in HR leadership roles
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and WHS legislation
* Exceptional communication, influencing, and decision-making skills
* A track record of driving cultural change and organizational improvement
* Technical proficiency in HR systems and business intelligence tools
