We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager - QLD to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, acquiring new business, and identifying growth opportunities across the Medical Aesthetics market in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across Queensland.
* Identify and engage new business opportunities within the Medical Aesthetics field.
* Network with aesthetic clinic chains, KOLs, and key industry stakeholders.
* Forecast and report on sales performance in a timely manner.
* Develop tailored business strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
* Assist in developing new initiatives: marketing campaigns, product launches, and incentive programs.
* Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and ethical standards (e.g., Medicines Australia Code of Conduct).
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, operations, and clinical support.
* Represent Alma at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.

What You'll Bring

* Previous experience as a BDM in the beauty/aesthetics or medical device industry (preferred).
* Strong commercial acumen and sales development skills.
* Passion for networking and developing long-term business partnerships.
* Understanding of service and operations within the medical aesthetics sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel interstate regularly within Queensland (up to 40%) and internationally as required.
* Allied health background and/or clinical experience (desirable).
