About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating events and activities, managing office supplies, and assisting project managers in drafting proposals and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative Support:

">

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the team, including mail, deliveries, picking up supplies, office orders, room bookings, dealing with building services, and general housekeeping and tidying.

">
* Event Coordination:

">

The Office Administrator will coordinate events and activities for the office, including client meetings, sponsored industry events, and office social events.

">
* Financial Management:

">

The Office Administrator will manage office expenses, reconcile credit card statements, create purchase orders, and track office vehicle log book details.

">
* Safety and Compliance:

">

The Office Administrator will assist with office health and safety management, including visitor sign-in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment (i.e., fire extinguishers), office vehicle maintenance, and reporting within the QSR system.

">
* Project Support:

">

The Office Administrator will assist project managers in drafting proposals and tenders, compiling, reviewing, formatting, and submission of documents.

">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">
">
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in organisational skills/multitasking abilities, positive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks with proven ability to take the initiative.

">
* Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).

">
* Proven experience with administration and project coordination, professional presentation and working within a professional environment.
