Job Title: Practice Manager
Clinics: Skin Cancer Clinic & Cosmetic Clinic (50/50 split)
Reports To: Clinic Directors / Senior Partners
Location: disclosed at interview
Employment Type: Full-time preferred (Part-time option: 3–4 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight – Manage daily operations across both clinics (50/50 split), ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies, coordinate scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation, supervise and support administrative and clinical staff, conduct training, performance reviews, and foster professional development, promote a collaborative and patient‑focused culture.
* Financial & Business Management – Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, prepare and manage budgets for both clinics with help from the employer, monitor profitability and implement cost‑control measures, eligible for a competitive salary plus percentage of clinic profit, ensure high‑quality patient care and customer service, handle complaints and feedback professionally, maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
* Growth & Marketing – Support business development initiatives, especially in cosmetic services, contribute to marketing strategies and patient engagement campaigns, identify opportunities for innovation and service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
* Essential: Experience with Medical Practice Management Software.
* Desirable: Background in cosmetic, retail, or marketing.
* Strong leadership and communication abilities.
* Financial management and budgeting expertise.
* Proactive approach with ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
