Job Description
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering business solutions with SaaS platforms. They will work closely with our sales team to uncover strategic objectives and technical challenges across various organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Partnering with account executives and customer stakeholders to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
* Designing highly relevant and differentiated solutions that combine Salesforce technologies with AI, automation, data, and integration capabilities.
* Conducting discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders from business, IT, and executive teams to understand and quantify the unique business value of our solutions.
* Building and delivering powerful and memorable solution demonstrations with rich storytelling and industry-relevant insights to align stakeholders, illustrate value, and inspire confidence in execution.
* Nurturing strong connections with customers throughout the sales process and beyond, acting as a trusted advisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver business solutions with SaaS platforms.
* Experience with technology and transformation projects, particularly from a business-value perspective.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders and business owners and C-level executives.
* Practical understanding of modern application architectures, integration patterns, and cloud platform capabilities.
