* Key responsibilities will include performing office tasks and other duties that support business operations, filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, and fax operations.
* Assisting with preparing cash payment summaries, banking reports, and bank statements as required, arranging the distribution and collection of mail services including arranging external couriers and collecting, collating and distributing internal correspondence.
* Booking meeting rooms, ordering catering requirements for conferences and meetings as required; maintaining an up-to-date level of knowledge about departmental policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite and ability to operate typical office machines such as printers, photocopiers and binding machines, ability to work within established routines and guidelines.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients.
