Are you looking for a rewarding project support role in the NSW Government sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join our team.


About the Role

In this challenging position, you will provide administrative and project support services to our team in complaint resolution. This is a temporary assignment with the potential to extend.


Your Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment
* Manage your inbox, generating correspondence as required
* Investigate and facilitate resolution of complaints in a timely manner
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal and external parties, to ensure effective complaint management
* Identify and escalate urgent complaints as needed
* Coordinate maintenance jobs with contractors to ensure prompt completion
* Prepare a range of reports and documentation, including meeting minutes and action logs
* Schedule and coordinate meetings as required
* Manage records and databases, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity
* Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
* Register requests and correspondence, coordinating workflow accordingly
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes and procedures
