Excellent casual rate of $42.46 per hour + ECEC Grant Funding

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and looking for flexible, casual work? Trinity College is seeking Preschool Educators to join our vibrant Early Learning teams on a casual basis, offering flexible relief support across our Preschool sites to cover staff leave and unexpected absences.

We currently have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Preschool Educators to join our team. Casual positions are available to support our program, offering shifts between 8:15am and 4:30pm during school terms, with flexibility and negotiated hours during the holiday program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently undertaking a Diploma or Bachelor in ECEC who is looking to gain hands‐on experience across our Preschool sites.

Key Accountabilities

* Collaborating with the Preschool Teachers and assisting with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality early learning experience for all children and families
* Work with children on an individual or small group level to support children's engagement and particular needs.
* Ensure the classroom and outside environments are prepared, clean and maintained.
* Administer First Aid services and provide first aid when necessary.
* Attend and actively participate in regular staff meetings and professional learning opportunities as required.

What You'll Bring

* Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with and by Trinity College values when interacting with children, families, colleagues
* Organisational skills
* Knowledge of the Early Years Learning framework and ACEQA obligations and standards.
* Comply with and acknowledge the College's Child Safe Policy and adhere to the Child Safety Code of Conduct.
* Working with Children Check
* RRHAN-EC Masterclass Certificate
* Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (onsite training available)
