We are looking for a driven Group Fleet Manager with previous Fleet Sales experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within an award-winning group. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of fleet vehicle advertising, valuation, purchasing, and sales. Collaborate with key departments (Marketing, Finance & Insurance, Aftermarket) to maximise profitability. Work with senior leadership to set and achieve sales and gross profit targets. Meet and exceed sales goals across multiple vehicle brands. Support existing clients while actively prospecting for new small to medium businesses, corporate partners, government, and leasing opportunities. Participate in tenders and prepare competitive pricing strategies. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships at all levels. Identify and capitalise on new business development opportunities. Key Requirements Previous experience in automotive fleet sales is highly regarded. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience. Experience using Era or similar dealer management systems is advantageous.
