Period of Appointment Fixed term for a period of 12 months commencing on 19 August 2025 Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. Duties Make proper and accurate records of Tribunal proceedings including keeping electronic minutes of proceedings, recording and distributing orders or decisions.Undertake legal research tasks and projects as directed by the President.Provide administrative assistance to the President and Principal Registrar including co-ordinating listings, diary management, visitor reception, liaison with practitioners on behalf of the President, proofing judgments and decisions and other tasks of an administrative nature as directed by the President or Principal Registrar.The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications, and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification level.
