Network Systems Engineer
This is a hands-on technical role with full remote work flexibility. You will work directly with clients, solve escalated issues, contribute to project work, and play a key role in keeping their IT environments operating smoothly.
* Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize customer network environments, including VLANs, routing, and network segmentation.
* Configure, manage, and support firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.
* Maintain and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and related services.
* Support and administer cloud services, including Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
* Proactively monitor network and system performance, resolving issues before they impact clients.
* Participate in project work including network refreshes, firewall upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure optimization.
* Provide excellent communication and client-focused support in a multi-client environment.
