We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Townsville, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to work in the occupational rehabilitation sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent time-management and organisational skills, empathy, patience and resilience. They will be able to manage their own day and work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
Responsibilities will include case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, partnering with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programmes, and completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills
