About The Role
We are seeking a Project Engineer with a civil or construction background to join our Darwin team. In this role, you will support the delivery of fire protection infrastructure within major construction projects, working closely with project managers, supervisors, design teams and subcontractors.
This role will suit an engineer who enjoys working across both technical and site-based project coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
You will play an important role in coordinating engineering documentation, supporting site delivery and assisting with the technical aspects of project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of fire protection infrastructure within construction projectsReview drawings, specifications and engineering documentationAssist with coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and site teamsMonitor project progress and ensure works meet technical and quality requirementsAssist with RFIs, technical queries, and engineering documentationSupport project reporting, scheduling and compliance requirementsMaintain accurate project records and engineering dataWork closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to resolve technical issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline3+ years' experience in a project engineering role within construction or infrastructureStrong understanding of construction processes and site coordinationAbility to interpret technical drawings and project documentationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with site and office teamsExperience with project management tools such as Procore, AutoCAD and MS Office are desirableDue to project requirements, applicants must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
