Sales Manager – Legal Tech Software | Sydney
We are representing a rapid-growing legal technology provider that is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. You’ll be driving pipeline growth, coaching talent, and managing the full sales cycle across small-to-medium law firms and corporate organisations.

About the Role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives & BDRs.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage performance to build a winning culture.
- Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Review sales activity and calls to continually sharpen effectiveness.
- Drive forecasting and pipeline management to meet revenue objectives.
- Maintain team engagement and minimise attrition.
- Guide opportunities from lead generation through to deal closure.
About You
- 2–3+ years’ formal sales leadership experience.
- Proven success in software/SaaS sales.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesloft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism).
- Knowledge of the legal market and/or experience managing large territories is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Results-driven, ambitious, and able to consistently exceed targets.
- Must be based within 50km of Sydney, NSW.
