Demand Planning Leader
to elevate forecasting capability, lead a talented team, and drive collaboration across Sales, Operations and Customer Service.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical planning professional who enjoys building capability, improving processes and influencing commercial decisions.
The Opportunity
As The Demand Planning Leader, You Will
* Lead and maintain a best‑practice forecasting review process, combining system intelligence and sales input.
* Play a key role in our S&OP cycle, providing insights, reporting and multi‑level forecast reviews.
* Oversee and improve demand and inventory master data to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
* Coach, develop and support a high‑performing team of Demand Planners and Analysts.
* Partner with stakeholders to understand demand drivers, reconcile variances and support inventory and supply decisions.
* Drive continuous improvement, using metrics and analytics to enhance forecasting maturity.
About You
You will bring a blend of leadership capability, analytical strength and collaborative influence. Your background includes:
* 3–5+ years in Demand Planning, Forecasting or S&OP.
* Experience with predictive forecasting tools, models or algorithms.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
* Advanced MS Excel capability and exposure to supply chain systems.
* Proven success leading high‑performing analytical teams.
* A collaborative working style with the ability to engage and influence across the business.
* Interest or experience in AI‑enabled forecasting is highly regarded.
Tertiary qualifications
in Supply Chain, Business or related fields are advantageous.
