Novotel Melbourne Preston is looking for a peoples person to join a diverse and energetic team as our nextFood and Beverage Supervisor.

With 383 guest rooms, 13 conference and event venues, and two on-site dining outlets, our property caters to both corporate and leisure clients.

Job Description
In this hands on role, you will:
* Work alongside the F&B Manager to supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar and conferencing events when required.
* Provide the teamsupport, guidance, and growth opportunities.
* Ensure guests and patrons receive an experience that exceeds expectations.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all F&B areas
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standard operating practices
* Work independently on shifts and support the Food & Beverage Manager as required
Qualifications
* Previous experience within the Food, Beverage and Conference sector.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
* Proven capability in creating a positive and productive work environment
* Strong communication skills and problem solving.
* Working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
