Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.
1. Filing of client and office documents
2. Photocopying/scanning
3. Enclosures
4. Processing outgoing mail
5. Collating Briefs for Barristers and Courts
6. Tasks outside of the office such as banking, lodging documents, court filings etc.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and willing to learn.
A full outline of the position will be provided at the interview. Previous legal experience is an advantage.
The successful candidate must live on the north side of Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems
* Providing administrative support to the team
* Assisting with tasks such as banking, lodging documents and court filings
