We supply a large range of high quality pre-packed and bulk products across a diverse range of channels throughout Australia with a mission to provide healthier food choices in every pantry.
We are seeking motivated, competent and experienced team players with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly approachable demeanor to join our team.
We currently have a number of positions available within our production facilities across Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts:
* Packers
As a Production Packer, you’ll be responsible for accurately and efficiently packing products into cartons and pallets while maintaining Trumps’ high-quality standards. You’ll also help keep the production area clean and safe, and assist the team wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
* Decanters
As a Production Decanter, you’ll prepare products for packing by accurately decanting them into bins or trays, inspecting for quality, and reporting any non-conformances. During downtime, you may also assist with mixing and other production tasks to support the team.
* Production Cook
As a Production Cook, you’ll be responsible for operating Trumps’ roasting machines to produce high-quality products, while ensuring machinery is clean, safe, and properly maintained. You’ll monitor product quality during roasting, troubleshoot any machine issues, and coordinate with the production team to keep processes running smoothly.
