Duties and Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain a client base, focusing on new business opportunities
* Identify and pursue leads within the equipment hire and scaffolding sectors
* Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the South Australian market
* Drive sales performance and achieve revenue growth targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
* Provide market insights to senior management and contribute to business development plans
* Attend client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts
* Ensure client satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships
The Ideal Candidate: You are an autonomous self-starter with extensive experience in the access or equipment hire industries, particularly within South Australia. With a strong network and proven track record in business development, you're ready to help All Star Access Hire grow in this exciting new region.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in business development within equipment hire, scaffolding, or plant hire
* Strong knowledge of the construction and infrastructure industries in South Australia
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to drive business growth and close deals

Yardman / Trade Assistant
Location: Altona, VIC | Start Date: 10th October 2024 | Type: Casual / Part Time / Full Time All Star Access Hire is one of the fastest growing and exciting equipment hire businesses in Australia. We require an energetic and reliable yardman to join the team. All Star is a fast paced and fun environment to work in. Great support and training will be provided for the successful applicant. Job tasks and responsibilities
o Washing, cleaning, touch ups of all equipment
o Organisation of yard and workshop
o Refuelling of equipment as it is returned
o General duties as required.
Skills and experience The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic and a team work first approach. They will be happy getting their hands dirty and will cope well with a fast paced environment. Experience with Elevated Work Platforms would be advantageous. On the job training is provided, however if you have any of the following licences, it would be advantageous.
o Yellow Card EWP Operators Ticket
o WP Class Licence
