Senior Estimator - Infrastructure Projects

Shadbolt Group is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to take ownership of end-to-end estimating for major infrastructure and civil projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll prepare accurate, comprehensive estimates from initial scope through to final tender submission, ensuring projects are competitively and commercially sound.
What you'll do:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and heavy civil works
* Analyse drawings and specifications to identify scope, risks, and costs
* Source and validate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
* Collaborate with project teams to optimise costs and manage risk
About you:
* Proven experience estimating civil or infrastructure projects from start to finish
* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines independently
