Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse delivers person-centered nursing care, collaborates with individuals and the healthcare team, and supervises less experienced clinicians to ensure quality care.
Selection Criteria
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Knowledge of nursing in a multidisciplinary team
* Effective communication skills, IT proficiency, and professionalism
* Experience with evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and quality improvement
* Leadership abilities, delegation skills, and adaptability
* Recent clinical experience, professional development, and commitment to skills enhancement
* Ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver care responsibly
Additional Requirements
This is a Category ‘A’ position requiring compliance with NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015, including proof of influenza vaccination and other health requirements for aged care facilities.
