Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion lasting change by ensuring culturally responsive and inclusive service delivery, focusing on First Nations and CALD families.
* Apply therapeutic, strengths-based interventions to promote child safety, wellbeing, and reconnection with family.
* Build strong relationships across services and facilitate effective collaborations to wrap care around families.
* Create and oversee practical, goal-oriented case plans and assessments that support long-term reunification.
Requirements
* A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood, or related Social Sciences, or extensive equivalent experience.
* Strong working knowledge of South Australian child protection legislation, including the Aboriginal Child Placement Principle.
* Proven capability in case management, including collaborative assessment, planning, and documentation.
