Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the preconstruction team and become a key point of contact for customers throughout their home‐building journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the preconstruction phase
* Provide regular updates on approvals, documentation, and project milestones
* Coordinate contracts, variations, and supporting documentation
* Liaise with internal teams including sales, drafting, estimating, and approvals
* Assist clients with enquiries and provide timely resolutions
* Monitor project progress and ensure all required documentation is received and processed
* Maintain accurate records and customer information within internal systems
* Deliver a high level of customer service and support throughout the home‐building process
About You
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or preconstruction within residential building
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
* Professional and customer‐focused approach
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or construction management systems
