We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Services Sales Manager.
As the main interface for customers, you will play a pivotal role in driving service business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Services Sales Manager applies value selling to grow the service business in a profitable way based on customer understanding and works as a key member of Customer Account Teams within which growth strategies are formed, delivered and measured.
What you will doLead creation, implementation and follow-up of sales and business strategy for given area of responsibility geographically or applicationLead understanding of customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis and analysisCreate, implement and follow up service account plans and quality plans in alignment with customer and account teamLead opportunity management, cross-selling and up-selling, fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals.Identify and negotiate profitable service contracts including ongoing management alongside the Sales Account Representative and Service Delivery ManagerSupport resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and sales support.Participate in follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability on service business with customers and internallyBased in Melbourne, there is some travel required for this position to meet with customers locally and interstate.
