Total remuneration package of $95,081 per annum including superannuation and the full optional benefit of salary packaging.

Responsibilities
We are currently seeking three Service Coordinators to join our busy service coordination team who are the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for organising aspects of the Home Care Package services for our clients, based on assessments completed by the Care Advisors. This role involves liaising with clients, families, providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.
