What does the job look like?
As an Integration Principle Engineer at Linfox, you'll lead the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions that connect our business, applications, and customers. Reporting to the Integration Manager, you'll set integration standards, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure business systems.
You'll work closely with IT teams, project managers, and external partners to architect solutions, provide technical leadership, and drive innovation across B2B, A2A, and A2C scenarios. This is a full-time onsite position based at GHO.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of sophisticated integration architectures using SAP, IBM webMethods, and Azure Logic Apps
* Provide integration consultancy and technical leadership to projects and teams
* Define and enforce integration standards, coding guidelines, and security protocols
* Mentor and guide other team members and offshore partners
* Ensure compliance with Linfox IT standards and processes
* Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions

We're looking for a proactive, technically skilled professional with a passion for integration and architecture. You'll bring hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
* Graduate qualifications in Computing or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
* 10+ years' experience in enterprise integration (SAP, webMethods, Azure)
* Strong technical expertise in integration patterns and architecture
* Experience leading complex integration projects and mentoring teams
* Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Proficiency in B2B protocols (AS2, SFTP, REST, SOAP, XML, EDIFACT, X12, JSON, flat files)
* Knowledge of security/authentication, cloud concepts, and integration tools (SOAP UI, Postman)
* Rapid diagnosis and resolution of complex production issues
* Proactive in identifying and driving improvements
* Strong planning, scheduling, and attention to detail
* Customer-focused, ensuring high service standards
* Deep specialist knowledge and continuous improvement mindset
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
* Collaborative, inclusive, and goal-oriented team player
* Able to synthesize complex information and develop sound solutions
* Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder engagement, and documentation excellence
