About this role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough inspections and complete damage reports according to established procedures.
* Carry out meticulous mechanic diagnosis, repair, and replacement of vehicle components as required.
* Conduct repairs and refurbishment of recycled parts to meet the highest quality standards.
* E nsure that no vehicle or component is returned to service if not deemed safe to do so.
* Complete minor/small repairs as per job sheet upon request.
* Accurately note broken parts/extra repairs and submit to estimator for review.
* Treat all vehicles with utmost care and attention.
* Ensure work meets AMA's QA standards and sign QA sheet to confirm.

Competitive Salary Ranges:
* Junior-Mid experienced tradespeople: $60-$80k
* Mid-Senior tradespeople: $80k-$100k
* Annual salary and opportunity to earn a production bonus
