About the role:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a Concierge/Receptionist to join our Macarthur JLR team in Campbelltown and embark on a cross-dealership journey, growing in knowledge across our various departments. You will play a pivotal role in our first class customer service experience as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements of the business. Please note this is a fixed term 12 month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet customers who are present at the dealership in a professional manner.
* Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs and parts purchasing.
* Collect and return customers vehicles for servicing in a friendly, safe, and timely manner.
* Direct and manage visitors parking.
* Collaborate with Service Advisors to support vehicle pick up schedules.
* Drop off and pick up customers as required.
About you:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Able to maintain a professional presentation.
* Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work within outdoors when required.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A valid Australian drivers’ licence.
* Sound knowledge of WH&S.
