Location
Located on the beachside in Townsville with stunning views to Magnetic Island, Bolton Clarke's Rowes Bay provides high‐quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable coastal community.
Role
You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people's lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that all areas of the home are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
* Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
* Dusting, polishing and general tidying
* Cleaning bathroom facilities
* Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
* Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices
* Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Ideally your background will be in cleaning or housekeeping within aged care or hospitality
* Friendly, positive outlook and ability to work in a team
* Availability to work various shifts across various days
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.)
* Complete a police check
