The role
Our brand current, independent hotel on the beautiful NSW Central Coast has opened! We are looking for a team of people who can provide outstanding customer service by providing attentive and memorable experiences for hotel guests.
Our 5 storey, 86 room hotel sits within the iconic Mingara Recreation Club precinct. The hotel provides guests to the Central Coast with a contemporary hotel stay in a laid-back setting, enhanced by the colour and excitement of an array of dining, bars, events, lifestyle, and entertainment experiences.

A Great Opportunity
Your energy and enthusiasm for creating a memorable customer experience will contribute to our great team of innovative, talented people who help each other succeed by:
- Providing a memorable guest experience from arrival, being the trusted advisor throughout their stay, and at the conclusion of their journey with us
- Looking for opportunities to go above and beyond throughout the reservation process and their stay with us, looking for opportunities to maximise their stay through upselling and providing recommendations of experiences they can enjoy at our destination
- Working collaboratively with the team and other departments to achieve positive guest outcomes
- Responding to questions, enquiries and challenges and look for opportunities to turn a negative guest experience in to a positive one
- Overseeing room booking and reservation platforms, respond to demand and look for opportunities to maximise occupancy
What success looks like
- Have experience working in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment or similar
- Have exceptional customer service skills, a bright and bubbly personality is a must
- Have immaculate personal presentation
- Have advanced computer skills with confidence in learning new systems and programs quickly. Previous experience using a Property Management System would be advantageous.
