Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. The role involves providing workplace and community rehabilitation services to help clients regain independence and return to work.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers
* Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve appropriate outcomes
* Design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
Requirements
* Australian recognised degree and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
* Willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's licence required)
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Consistent high level of customer service
* Effective time management and punctuality
