Sunrise Supported Living is looking for a Village Manager to join our team and lead the village into it's next chapter. As our new Village Manager you will be able to lead and inspire employees while also managing resources effectively to ensure we have an excellent village environment. You'll be confident in building strong relationships with potential and existing residents to create a culture of positivity and continue Sunrise's reputation as an excellent place to live.

Sunrise Supported Living is a 106 Unit Retirement Village located in Tuncurry on the NSW Mid-North Coast. We're a real alternative to traditional Aged Care as we provide 24/7 onsite Emergency Support for residents and collaborate with our Home Care business to provide Support at Home Services. Your Duties:
* Operational oversight of full village function including Sales, Maintenance, Kitchen, Administration and Resident Liaison.
* Foster a culture of positivity and support to ensure the village continues to be a wonderful place to live.
* Drive sales performance, occupancy and revenue outcomes for the village while ensuring alignment to the current sales framework and customer experience standards.
* Lead and mentor village employees to provide an excellent resident experience.
* Work with the Home Care team to maintain 24/7 Emergency Support and encourage access to support services.
* Work within agreed budgets as per the P&L and take part in annual budget preparation and presentation activities.
Key Requirements
Essential qualifications and experience:
* Advanced Diploma or degree, or equivalent with five years professional experience
* Previous skills and experience, preferably in retirement living, hospitality or customer service related industries or other community services field
* Excellent skills in building effective customer relationships and maintaining a customer focus
* Conflict resolution and time management skills
Desirable qualifications, competencies and experiences:
* Previous experience working with older people
* Knowledge of NSW Retirement Villages Act 1999 and Regulations
* NSW Real Estate Licence Class 1
* Food safety supervisor certification
* Valid first aid certificate or willingness to undertake
