Job Title: Office Administrator
The Office Administrator role is an opportunity to provide exceptional support to the Senior EA, handling day-to-day office and executive tasks. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where you'll be responsible for:
* Coordinating calendars, maintaining office supplies and supporting broader administrative functions
* Providing backup support to the CEO's EA during leave periods
* Managing travel arrangements, processing invoices and assisting with document control
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in administration and office coordination, preferably with a background in legal administration or coordination.
We're looking for someone who is confident in their communication skills, able to handle direct feedback and work autonomously. The successful candidate will also be comfortable in a fast-paced professional setting and ready to take ownership and grow with the role.
