Account Manager Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a strong customer base in the Gladstone region, QLD. You will sell PPE/workwear as well as lifting and rigging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet sales revenue and margin targets within allocated territory/sector.
* Develop existing accounts (GAP Selling) to drive business expansion.
* Act as a trusted advisor to allocated customers by ensuring we meet our service expectations and managing any disputes/queries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Understanding of account management, preferably within industrial sales.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills to interact effectively with all areas of the business, build rapport, and deliver great outcomes.
* Pro active attitude being a self starter with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
