Zenviron are currently seeking a highly motivated HSE Administrator to join our team on a maternity leave contract, based in the Newcastle office.
The role will see you reporting into the HSEQ Manager and will support our operations teams and provide a high level of customer services to our stakeholders both internal and external to our business.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Data Entry (eg, maintaining registers)
* Providing support to the HSEQ site team
* Responsible for the review and maintain subcontractor project onboarding for Personnel, P&E and HSE Documents
* Communicating with Subcontractors
* Preparing documents and archiving
* Generating weekly and monthly reports.
* General administration duties
What you will bring:
* Clear and engaging communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Excellent written skills and a confident user of MS Office Suite
* Driven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
* Proof of right to work in Australia
To be successful in this role, you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
