The purpose of this role is to produce high-quality content that supports the execution of our marketing calendar and strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.
About the Role:
* Content Creation: Creating and scheduling blogs, social posts, emails, capturing b-roll footage and photos to develop videos/graphics in relevant formats for channel distribution in line with marketing strategy and calendar.
* Brand Alignment: Ensure all content reflects our tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
* PPC Advertising: Creating, optimising and managing google and social media campaigns to drive traffic and generate conversions.
* SEO: Assist with website updates, including developing meta titles, data descriptions, and copy to improve search engine rank.
* Email Marketing: Creating and optimising email campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
* Marketing Collateral: Developing brochures, flyers, catalogues, and other materials as required.
* Team Collaboration: Working with the marketing and sales team to support lead generation and business development activities.
KPI's:
* On-time delivery of content in line with marketing calendar
* Content quality and brand consistency
* Positive brand growth and social engagement
About You:
* 1-3 years experience in content creation, marketing, or digital media roles
* Strong skills in written communication, and basic graphic or video content creation
* Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
* Highly organised, with the ability to follow direction and meet deadlines
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to content quality
* Understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
* Motivated, positive, and team-oriented
* Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a fast-paced environment
* Readiness to aid in different departments, performing any tasks as directed by management that is required for the success of the company
