THE ROLE

As a store manager you will drive retail success by creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure sales targets and KPI's are achieved, or exceeded.
* Optimise and elevate store profitability through strategic business planning and analysis of store sales density.
* Lead by example, set management expectations across your team and manage performance.
* Train, mentor and coach team members to work towards goals and succession planning.
* Manage team (Shop Floor and/or Back of House) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Take a proactive approach to loss prevention management and reducing stock shrinkage.
* Execute effective visual merchandising, presenting products in line with JD standards to attract, engage and motivate customers.

WHO YOU ARE

* Experienced and well‐rounded retail manager with 1‐5 years experience.
* Demonstrated experience in training, coaching and developing large teams.
* Proven track record of driving and exceeding set KPI's.
* Experience managing rosters and wage control effectively.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations.
* Can‐do attitude with the drive to learn and grow.
