Customer Service Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and deliver a consistently good shopping experience for our customers.
This is a key leadership role within our organisation, requiring a strong leader who can engage and motivate their team to achieve exceptional results.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
* Make safety a top priority for team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in store.
* Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to reduce queue wait times and improve customer pickup experiences.
* Manage tobacco inventory and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
