As a consultant or senior consultant, you will support and deliver small to medium-sized projects or components of large-scale complex projects. Some of your responsibilities include:
* Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Identifying key client risks and issues, as well as mitigating these ahead of time, to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Analyzing and evaluating a company's financials, providing insightful recommendations to drive business growth.
* Managing engagement teams and leading by example, upholding the EY values and standards.
* Serving as the main point of contact to our clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Reporting directly to directors and partners, receiving guidance and feedback to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Supporting business development activities, contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
* Collaborating widely with the broader Ey-Parthenon division and other teams within Ey, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
