Role Overview
Sitting within a small collaborative team this role will see you take the lead on testing governance strategy and delivery. On a daily basis you will be coordinating testing activity across several streams managing regression cycles and setting direction for automation adoption. Weekly responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams ensuring quality processes are followed and resolving issues across both business and technical environments.
This is a technical strategic role where youll directly influence outcomes across multiple initiatives. You will be central to improving test maturity embedding structure within a dynamic digital landscape and providing hands-on technical support in areas such as SAP Salesforce and ERP systems. Your impact will extend to shaping methodologies and frameworks that set the business up for long-term success.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee testing strategies governance frameworks and structured methodologies across multiple projects
Drive test planning execution and reporting for both functional and technical initiatives
Lead automation strategy and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency within delivery teams
Manage quarterly Salesforce upgrade testing cycles ensuring quality regression coverage
Oversee SAP and ERP-related testing including finance and WMS systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and align testing with business objectives
Provide hands-on test management support from test design through to execution
Ensure risk mitigation by embedding quality checkpoints throughout delivery cyclesSupport the adoption of new integration technologies
Candidate Profile
You are a seasoned Test Manager or experienced Technical Test Lead who can work independently and bring immediate value. With a background in both manual and automated testing you are confident in building strategies executing plans and managing complex testing landscapes. You thrive in hybrid environments and can balance governance with hands-on delivery.
Your expertise lies in at least one major enterprise platform such as SAP or Salesforce. You bring excellent stakeholder engagement skills strong communication and the ability to coach and influence teams toward improved testing practices. Availability for an immediate start will be highly advantageous.
