Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Participate in a full‐time, one‐ or two‐year graduate program within a Northern Territory Government Department.
* Engage in career pathways across multiple government sectors.
* Work in locations including Alice Springs, Darwin, Katherine, Palmerston, Tennant Creek, or Nhulunbuy, subject to negotiation.
* Perform duties at levels ranging from Graduate Trainee to Band 2 Professional, depending on qualifications and experience.
About You
What you'll need:
* Completed a degree within the last three years or due to complete prior to commencing the program.
* Degree from a recognised Australian university or institute.
* Australian citizen/resident or visa holder with appropriate working rights in Australia.
* If holding a student visa, must have intent for bridging or graduate visas and maintain an active visa for the program duration.
Compensation & Benefits
* Band 1 Administrative Corporate Services: Remuneration package $76,543 - $101,411 (including salary $67,185 - $89,069).
* Band 2 Professional: Remuneration package $117,891 - $146,181 (including salary $103,787 - $129,051).
