This role coordinates subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensures strict compliance with specifications, and delivers projects on time and within budget. The position primarily focuses on electrical and instrumentation projects.Responsibilitieslead the onsite delivery of electrical and instrumentation projects, ensuring safe execution, high‐quality outcomes, and adherence to schedule and budget;plan, coordinate, and control E&I project activities, including design input, scheduling, materials, and equipment;provide technical leadership and day‐to‐day coordination of project teams, conducting regular site walkdowns and progress reviews;manage electrical and instrumentation contractors, including scope control, claims and invoice review, and compliance with site safety and environmental standards; andtrack project performance, manage costs and capital expenditure, and communicate clear progress updates to site stakeholders.About the Candidateunrestricted WA Electrical Licence with Schedule 26 Supervisor qualification, and eligible to be licensed as an Electrical Nominee;minimum 10 years' experience in a similar electrical and/or instrumentation project delivery role;demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;solid understanding of maintenance and project management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis;proven ability to prioritise work, manage multiple projects, and oversee contractor and contract performance; andhigh level of computer literacy and strong knowledge of relevant engineering standards and codes.Benefitsflexible working environment;income protection insurance;life Insurance for company superannuation employees;competitive parental leave policy;salary sacrifice options for remote area housing, motor vehicles and superannuation; andparticipation in site performance-based incentive scheme.About Talison Lithium Talison Lithium supports many of the community projects, groups and sporting events our employees are involved in.
