Your opportunity awaits in Kingaroy
We’re on the lookout for a collaborative Mental Health Clinician to join our LIME team, supporting the community in the picturesque South Burnett Region, based in our Kingaroy office. As a key clinician in the LIME program, you’ll provide expert engagement, assessment, counselling, and evidence-based support to clients and their families. Working within the low intensity model, you’ll guide clients in creating, reviewing, and achieving their individual treatment goals.
If you’re currently studying Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or related discipline, or have recently graduated, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career. This role offers exposure to innovative mental health initiatives and the chance to grow professionally while contributing to meaningful outcomes.
This role offers a blend of tele-health and outreach, with a home base in our local Kingaroy office. You’ll be rewarded with a gross annual salary of $88,109 to $94,828 based on skill and experience, including Superannuation, Salary Packaging benefits to increase your take-home, and a huge range of discounted products via Perkbox. The position is full time, fixed term until end of June 2026.

You’ll bring a compassionate, client-centred approach and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals on their journey to wellbeing. You’ll also bring skills, knowledge and experience in:
· Building awareness of mental health services and cultivating community relationships
· Skills in intake, assessment, treatment delivery, and post-support evaluation
· Confidence linking clients to local services and working with diverse stakeholders
· Ability to connect with young people and adults across CALD, LGBTIQ+, and Indigenous communities
· Strong self-management skills to balance clinical and administrative duties
In addition to tertiary qualifications, you will also hold a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a Blue Card (or ability to apply).
