Aero Bowls is a leading Australian manufacturer of world-class lawn bowls and accessories. Based in Rockdale, Sydney, we pride ourselves on precision, innovation, and quality. We're looking for a skilled and reliable Office Administrator to join our dedicated team and support the daily running of our operations.
The Role
This is a hands-on administrative position suited to someone who is highly organised, skilled, and confident working independently. You'll play a key role in coordinating dispatch, managing communications, and supporting management with a range of administrative and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily dispatch and logistics - Australia Post, Direct Freight, FedEx, AMS.
* Handle customer orders, invoicing, and stock entries using LightSpeed and Shopify.
* Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and couriers.
* Provide administrative support to management and assist with scheduling.
* Ensure smooth coordination between production, sales, and customer service teams.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' administration experience (office administration, PA, or logistics background).
* Experience with LightSpeed, Shopify, or similar systems (Training will be provided).
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* High attention to detail and solid organisational ability.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Requirements
* Reside in close proximity to Rockdale Sydney
* Driver's licence and own vehicle required.
* Must have Australian residency or full working rights.
* Available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Pay
$24.95 - $46.72 per hour
