We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to proactively drive sales growth through existing enterprise customers and develop new sales opportunities.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
* Provide internal support around the onboarding of new customers
* Manage existing customer category (<$50k p.a) to drive revenue growth and increase customer retention
* Manage a contact call plan to generate new leads and convert dormant accounts to initiate new business revenue growth
* Provide a level of support to sales team to allow them to maximise time in front of customer
* Maintain CRM with relevant information regarding new leads and customer intelligence

For this role, we expect you will have:
* Previous experience working in a sales or customer service environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent phone manner and written communications
* Computer literacy including MS Suite of products
* Strong analytical skills
* Role would suit an applicant looking for a future development opportunity towards account or sales management through promotion
